DESKRIPSI

Program Studi Sarjana Teknologi Hasil Perikanan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lulusan yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang penanganan, pengolahan, pengemasan, dan distribusi ikan yang sesuai dengan higiene, sanitasi, manajemen mutu, dan standarisasi.

DURASI PROGRAM

Program Studi Teknologi Hasil Perikanan diprogramkan selama 8 (delapan) semester dengan jumlah kredit minimal 145 sks. Tiap semester Ada 14-16 pertemuan di setiap semester meliputi ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir.
