Semarang – The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK), Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), proudly celebrated the graduation of its students during the 5th Phase of Diponegoro University’s 183rd Graduation Ceremony, held on Friday, July 31, 2026. On this occasion, FPIK joined the Faculty of Humanities (FIB) in a joint graduation session conducted in a solemn and dignified atmosphere.
A total of 317 graduates from FPIK were officially conferred their degrees during the 183rd Graduation Ceremony, consisting of 4 Doctoral (Ph.D.) graduates, 18 Master’s graduates, and 295 Bachelor’s graduates. Having successfully completed their academic studies, these graduates are now prepared to contribute to various sectors, including education, research, industry, government, and society.
The graduates’ outstanding academic achievements were reflected in the remarkable number who earned Cum Laude honors. All four Doctoral graduates completed their studies with Cum Laude distinction. In addition, 14 Master’s graduates and 197 Bachelor’s graduates also received Cum Laude honors in recognition of their dedication, hard work, and excellent academic performance throughout their studies at FPIK UNDIP.

Beyond their academic accomplishments, FPIK graduates were also entrusted with significant roles during the university-level graduation ceremony. Dinda Rara Puspa Safitri was selected to represent all graduates in leading the Diponegoro University Alumni Oath, symbolizing the graduates’ commitment to upholding the reputation of their alma mater and applying their knowledge for the advancement of the nation.

Meanwhile, Ana Tasya Dwi Wulandari was honored to deliver the Graduate Representative Speech before the university leadership, lecturers, parents, and fellow graduates. In her speech, she expressed gratitude for the academic journey she had completed, appreciation to the lecturers and families for their unwavering support, and hope that all graduates would become adaptive, innovative individuals who make meaningful contributions to society.
The trust placed in these two FPIK graduates demonstrates that FPIK students excel not only academically but also in leadership, communication, and character, reflecting the core values upheld by Universitas Diponegoro.
Through the 5th Phase of the 183rd Graduation Ceremony, FPIK UNDIP once again reaffirmed its commitment to producing high-quality graduates with integrity and the competence to compete at both the national and international levels. The faculty hopes that all graduates will continue to uphold the values of their alma mater, further develop their professional competencies, and become agents of positive change who contribute to the advancement of the fisheries, marine, and related sectors.
