Semarang – The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK), Universitas Diponegoro, has once again achieved a remarkable accomplishment through the success of its students in the 2026 Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW). Based on the official announcement of Universitas Diponegoro No. 22/UN7.A1/KM/2026, several student teams were declared to have passed the internal proposal selection and are entitled to advance to the national level.
The P2MW internal selection at Undip was held on March 12, 2026, as part of an effort to identify innovative student business ideas with strong potential for sustainable development. The program is one form of university support in fostering students’ entrepreneurial spirit and encouraging the emergence of young entrepreneurs based on science and technology.
One of the successful teams from FPIK Undip is Team Fin&Fun, consisting of:
- Ridwan Kusuma Pratama (Fisheries Product Technology)
- Muhammad Syahrullah Ar Rasyid (Fisheries Product Technology)
- Nurul Fajriati Fitri (Fisheries Product Technology)
- Seprina Hananda Lisa (Fisheries Product Technology)

Team Fin&Fun was supervised by A. Suhaeli Fahmi, S.Pi., M.Sc., who provided guidance and mentoring throughout the proposal preparation process until the selection stage. As an implementation of their business idea, Team Fin&Fun introduced an innovative fish-based culinary product through the Trial Opening Fin&Fun x Marlin Space event, held at Marlin Space, FPIK Undip. This trial opening serves as the team’s first step in developing their business while testing market response to the products they created.
The team’s success is a proud achievement and reflects the quality of FPIK Undip students in developing creative and innovative business ideas, particularly those related to the fisheries and marine sectors.
With their success in the internal selection stage, Team Fin&Fun will proceed to the next stage of the 2026 P2MW national competition. It is hoped that they will deliver their best performance and bring pride to Universitas Diponegoro at the national level.
FPIK Undip remains committed to supporting the development of student potential, not only in academics but also in entrepreneurship. This achievement is expected to motivate other students to continue innovating and contributing to the creation of business opportunities that bring positive impacts to society.
