Semarang — The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro (FPIK Undip), took part in the Risk Management Validation and Finalization Meeting of Diponegoro University for 2025, held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the 4th Floor Meeting Room, Undip Library Building.
This activity was conducted as a follow-up to the university’s initiative on Risk Control at the Key Performance Indicator (IKU) Level through the Eriskman Application. The meeting aimed to validate and finalize risk management practices across Diponegoro University, particularly those related to the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
During the event, each work unit within the university was requested to assign:
- A Work Unit/SUKPA Risk Management Team (3 persons)
- An IKU Person in Charge (PIC) as part of the IKU Risk Management Validation Team
As one of the university’s academic units, FPIK Undip delegated representatives from its risk management team to actively participate in the forum. FPIK Undip’s involvement reflects the faculty’s commitment to strengthening institutional governance, enhancing performance accountability, and implementing integrated risk control at the university level.

The meeting, held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (WIB), also emphasized the importance of preparing relevant supporting data and documents from each work unit in accordance with risk management practices for each IKU. Through this validation and finalization process, Undip’s risk management system is expected to become more effective in anticipating potential challenges to the university’s strategic performance targets.
FPIK Undip’s active participation in this activity aligns with the faculty’s ongoing commitment to improving transparent, measurable, and risk-based institutional governance, in support of achieving Diponegoro University’s performance goals in a sustainable manner.
