Diponegoro University, through its Directorate of Legal Affairs and Organization (DHO), organized the Assistance Workshop on Completing the Integrity Zone Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) toward WBK/WBBM on 18 November 2025 at Hotel Aruss Semarang. This activity serves as a strategic effort to strengthen a culture of clean, transparent, and accountable governance across all university units.
The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK) UNDIP took an active role in the workshop through the participation of its ZI team in all mentoring sessions. This involvement reflects FPIK’s commitment to accelerating the development of Integrity Zones while enhancing professional, efficient, and corruption-free public services. The faculty’s participation also marks an important step in preparing for the 2026 ZI assessment, particularly in strengthening service innovation, internal oversight, and a consistent culture of integrity throughout the faculty.
In his opening remarks, Vice Rector III for Human Resources, ICT, Legal Affairs, and Organization, Prof. Dr. Adian Fatchur Rochim, emphasized that Integrity Zone development is now a strategic mandate for all faculties and schools at UNDIP. He highlighted the importance of upholding integrity not only for the institution but also for the personal safety and well-being of every staff member and their families, and encouraged all academic community members to regard this workshop as the kick-off for accelerating ZI implementation in 2026.

During the main session, Zulfahmi presented strategies for accelerating Bureaucratic Reform by positioning the Integrity Zone as the foundation of a modern, efficient, and impactful governance system in higher education. He underscored the necessity of service innovations that respond directly to the real needs of students, lecturers, and the public in order to achieve WBK/WBBM recognition.
Director of Legal Affairs and Organization, Dr. Yunanto, reported that all faculties completed their LKE submissions throughout 2025, with four faculties—Engineering, Medicine, Economics and Business, and Social and Political Sciences—successfully advancing to the assessment stage at the Directorate General of Higher Education. The workshop, attended by 125 participants, was conducted through three mentoring rooms, covering change management and performance-based HR systems; governance and public service quality improvement; and strengthening performance accountability and internal supervision. Each room focused on two specific change areas to provide comprehensive technical guidance for all units, including FPIK.
Through this workshop, UNDIP reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening integrity, accountability, and high-quality public services across all units, including FPIK. The development of Integrity Zones remains a strategic step to ensure that education, research, and services are carried out honestly, transparently, and responsibly—reflecting the spirit of UNDIP Bermartabat, UNDIP Bermanfaat.
